The DI-614+ Wireless Access Point is configured with an access list to keep the computers on the network safe from outsiders and from people looking to get free bandwidth. Securing your wireless network is of great concern especially with lawsuits spawning as a result of Peer-2-Peer (Kazaa) file sharing of MP3's.
All Hardrives are shared between the two computers and the desktop doubles as a Print Server so if you are out on your deck in the summer surfing the internet wirelessly from the Sony Vaio Notebook and want to print something all you have to do is hit the print button on the Sony Vaio Notebook and it automatically sends the print job over the Network and cues the print job to the printer through the Dell Desktop.
And yes we do more than just install home networks. We will also install Home Theaters and Surveillance Systems!
